Lawyer graduated from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB), postgraduate in Public Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and special student of the Master's program at the University of Brasília (UnB) in Public International Law.

Practice in administrative law, with experience in complex cases involving administrative misconduct, liability of public officials and sanctioning procedures. Experience in strategic cases, especially before the Superior Courts, the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU) and other public administration bodies. Also works in electoral law, with emphasis on lawsuits before the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).

Member of the Administrative Law and advocacy committees at the Superior Courts of the OAB/DF.
