Master's degree in Law from the Institute of Public Law (IDP). Postgraduate degree in Public and Corporate Law. Graduated in Law from the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP).

Member of the Special Committee on Legal and Economic Competitiveness of the National OAB. Consultant Member of the Special Committee on Works, Concessions and Control of Public Administration of the National OAB.

Specialized in Constitutional Law, Accounting Control, Infrastructure and Corporate Law, having been an associate lawyer at the law firms Basílio Advogados and Aroeira Salles Advogados. He has also worked as a lawyer before the Organization of American States (OAS/Washington).

In the Federal Government, he held the positions of Ombudsman, Advisor and General Coordinator of the Office of the Minister of State for Justice (MJ), Advisor to the Deputy Chief of Legal Affairs of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic (SAJ/PR) and was part of the bidding and contracts area of Depen in the Ministry of Justice.
