ELECTORAL DISPUTES:

Over the last three years, we have worked on more than 400 strategic actions by political agents, such as former Presidents of the Republic, Governors, Senators, Federal and State Deputies, Mayors and Councilors, in progress with the Regional Electoral Courts (TREs), Superior Electoral Court (TSE) and Supreme Federal Court (STF).

REGULARIZATION AND GUARANTEE OF CANDIDATES’ ELIGIBILITY:

We work on candidate registration processes, defenses against actions to challenge mandates, appeals against the issuance of diplomas and we are a reference in handling cases of removal of ineligibility resulting from disapproval of accounts, convictions in administrative misconduct actions and other hypotheses under the Clean Record Law.
