He holds a law degree from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and a postgraduate degree in Public Law from PUC/RS, specializing in Administrative, Constitutional, and Tax Law.

He has solid experience in litigation and consulting, with a distinguished track record before the Superior Courts in strategic cases of Constitutional, Civil and Administrative Law. He also has significant experience in enforcement proceedings, debt recovery and Consumer Law.
