Postgraduate degree in Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), with an emphasis on Civil Procedural Law. Graduated in Law from the ICESP University Center (ICESP/DF). Specialized in litigation in the Superior Courts, especially in strategic cases in the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and Superior Electoral Court (TSE). Has extensive experience in Administrative, Constitutional and Electoral Law. He worked in the presidential campaign in the 2022 Elections, sanctioning processes and constitutionality control actions.
