Roberta Souza

Master's degree in Public Policy in Human Rights from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Postgraduate degree in Project Management and Public Policy from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB). Bachelor's degree in Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and in Portuguese Language and Literature from the University of Brasília (UnB).

Practice areas include Critical Criminology, Legal Sociology, Human Rights, Political Science and Public Policy, with experience in advocacy, legal counsel and interdisciplinary research.

She was a member of the Memory and Truth Commission of the OAB/DF (Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District chapter) and was part of the Coletes Rosas collective of feminist popular advocacy. She worked at the Herilda Balduíno Advocacia law firm (DF), focusing on human rights and advocacy, and at the Baptista, Carvalho e Albuquerque Advogados law firm (RJ), in the criminal, tax, and corporate law areas.
