Lawyer graduated from the University of Brasília (UnB). Postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), with experience in major police operations and related administrative misconduct cases.

Specialist in Constitutional Law, responsible for several constitutional actions before the Federal Supreme Court.

Extensive experience in Electoral Law, having worked in two presidential campaigns (2018/2022) and two municipal majority campaigns in major Brazilian capitals (2020). He was a member of the Election Transparency Observatory in 2022. He is a researcher of Legal Theory and Constitutional Law.
