Master's student in Law, Constitution and Democracy at the University of Brasília (UnB). Graduated in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). Postgraduate in Economic Criminal Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), with experience in major police operations and related administrative misconduct cases. Specialist in Constitutional and Electoral Law, having worked on two presidential campaigns (2018/2022). Was a member of the Election Transparency Observatory/TSE in 2022 and a consulting member of the Special Commission on Electoral Law of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Electoral Law - IBRADE and the Institute of Party and Political Law - PLURIS.
